Facilities:

Own manufacturing hall – 600 m2, storehouse – 300m2.

Technological equipment:

• 9 new digital injection molding machines, one of them is vertical – up to 180 tonns clamping force
• 3 conventional injection molding machines-capacity– up to 650 tonns clamping force
• Hoppers and dryers; Drying machines;
• Maximum weight of the manufactured products – 1.6 kg;
• Clamping force: up to 650 tons

 Specifications:

• The capacity of the shop is about 10 000 parts a day.
• The available instrumental equipment is maintained in the same shop.
• The personnel is well educated and has more than 10 years of experience in such a production.
• About 80% of our production is intended for export.
